The following are discussion papers to highlight issues of concern for motorcyclists. These reflect the views which have been expressed by member clubs and are living documents which form the basis for discussion and possible action.
In many cases, further arguments, both pro and con, will be aired in relation to the various topics. Member clubs vote at MCC meetings to support various aspects of these and arrive at a “position” which the MCC will adopt.
