Wednesday 26 October 2005
This is the day to put motorcyclists on display in the workplace
Wear your riding gear to work if at all possible
AND Ride your bike to work
The idea is to show as many as people as possible on this day, that riders are real people, not some faceless target from a game
When we get hit, it hurts.
Riders are valid road users
Expect to see riders in traffic
Look for bikes at intersections
“The activities planned endeavour to raise the profile of the motorcycle community and improve the safety of riders”
“We ask that riders do their bit by acting as ambassadors and ride with good judgement, skill and courtesy”
