Motorcycle Club: Biker Hunter

notorcycle club Biker Hunter

Motorcycle club, Biker Hunter Inc. has been a member club of the MCC since our inception in 2016.

The club was formed as our Objectives and transparency to members differed greatly from our original club in Sydney as we were originally a Branch of that Sydney based club.

Biker Hunter Inc. offers a club where people can get together of all races, gender and age with a common interest of motorcycling, we have members with Learner’s permits right up to the grand age of 86 yrs. who by the way, is one of our youngest/newest members and does more riding than most of us.

All types of motorcycles are welcome at Biker Hunter

We don’t care what type of motorcycle you ride from Trikes, Spyders, Rykers, Sidecars to all types and brands of two wheelers.

In fact, you don’t even need to have ever held a motorcycle license to join us.  All you need is to be a motorcycle enthusiast or just want to be involved with a group that has a good time.  Our Bookkeeper Jewels, fits into this category and is admired and respected by all and attends most activities including being a pillion.

There are many clubs in the Newcastle region and we simply live by a credos of

“Riding Bikes & Having a Good Time”.

We have a monthly newsletter called “Twisty Bits” that includes club & MCC reports, jokes, editorials on any subject along with a quiz for the brainiacs.

Biker Hunter rides

We ride every Sunday and we have fortnightly social outings.

Saturday rides are usually with our Kindred club “Novos” where our past activities are discussed and future rides are organised with ideas from the floor.

It’s not all about riding

Our Social Meeting is held on the first Wednesday of each month except January, at the Edgeworth Bowling Club.  Members and guests are updated with information and current events about the club and the world of motorcycling.

Our motorcycle club

Biker Hunter Inc. is a formal structured club.  Our 2021 committee is:

As per our Constitution and the Incorporations Act, we hold an annual AGM where full members are entitled to be voted onto the committee into the Office Bearers positions.

Ordinary committee members (usually two) may be from the ranks of any of our other types of members.

Have fun or join – its up to you!

As we don’t expect everyone who wants to ride with us to join, we have an open Facebook page.  Anyone can apply for access which is almost a duplicate of the members Facebook page.

Our club merchandise can be worn by anyone, past members, family members or friends – all advertising is good advertising.

Our only requirement to ride with us is to insure you keep our members safe with your riding as we look out for all that are in our group and you are licensed and on/in a registered vehicle.

Want to join our motorcycle club?

Interested parties looking to participate and socialise in our activities and rides with a great bunch of people, go to our Facebook page Biker Hunter 28 where our calendar and other information is posted.

Biker Hunter Inc. will soon have its own Historical/Classic side as we attempt to cover every type of motorcycle out there.
